Facing History and Ourselves
Role: Graduate Student Consultant
At the Harvard Graduate School of Education I worked on a team alongside three colleagues to make professional recommendations for Facing History's On-Demand Learning Center.
We conducted a landscape analysis of the self-directed professional development space, reviewed their existing self-directed learning materials for a gap analysis, surveyed almost a hundred educators about their professional development experiences and preferences, and synthesized our findings into a concrete list of recommendations.
